DUTIES:

Joint Director in the Directorate of Adult Education is concerned with preparation of guidelines for Teaching/Learning Material for Adult Education and conduct review meeting, Monitor the activities of State Resource Centres and Jan Shikshan Sansthan and NGO, Coordinate with National and International organization, plan and implement media activities of literacy programmes. Research and evaluation in the field of literacy through agencies.
