Jharkhand PSC : New syllabus for the civil services examinations JPSC-2016
The State Cabinet on Wednesday approved new syllabus for the civil services examinations being conducted by JPSC and also for SSC exams. It also gave nod to the CM Dashboard Project for monitoring of all developmental programmes being conducted in the State.
These were among the 19 proposals cleared by the State Cabinet.
“Removing C-SAT from sixth JPSC Civil Services Examination, name of the subject of second paper of preliminary examination has been changed to General Studies. Besides, the cap on the number of attempts made by an aspirant has also been removed on the lines of the examination pattern adopted by other adjoining states,” said Personnel Secretary Nidhi Khare. “Now cut off marks, mandatory for declaring a candidate eligible for appearing in the Interview, will also not be mandatory,” she said.
